Sulaymaniyah Masterplan spans 206,331 sqm with 247 residential plots delivered in 2008. Durrat Al-Sulaymaniyah Masterplan spans 211,501 sqm with 186 plots delivered in 2009.
Sulaymaniyah Gardens Plot
Sulaymaniyah Gardens Masterplan spans 226,490 sqm and features 191 plots. It was delivered in 2011.
Durrat Al-Jamaat Plot
Durrat Al-Jamaat Masterplan is a 55,000 sqm development delivering 55 premium plots, representing an investment of 23.7M SAR. It was delivered in 2008.

Sulaymaniyah Gardens Villas features 24 completed luxury villas delivered in 2019, representing an investment value of 22 Million SAR. Phase 2 is currently under development, spanning over 5,000 sqm.
Al Jurf Commercial Showrooms
A retail real estate development located on Abdullah bin Anis Street in Madinah, featuring 11 luxury retail units spanning a built-up area of 2,868 sqm.

Peninsula Worth Hotel Project
A luxurious investment monument 250 meters from the Prophet's Mosque. It holds a capacity of 566 hotel units across 22 floors with a built-up area of 50,785 sqm and is currently operational with a 9.2 rating.
Terrace View Project
A high-end dining and entertainment destination located on King Abdullah Road, Madinah. It features 12 commercial units spanning approximately 6,720 sqm. The occupancy rate has reached 100% and the project was successfully completed in 2026.
Waha Al-Oyun (Oasis of Springs)
A luxury resort and premium agricultural tourism concept. Set on 29,542 sqm, it will feature 86+ luxury units, organic farms, and spa facilities.
